Leaders Poem

My dishes went unwashed today,

I did not make the bed,

I took God’s hand and went with Him

To Cub Scout Camp instead.

That my house was neglected,

That I did not sweep the stairs,

In twenty years no one on earth

Will know or even care.

But that I have helped some little boys,

From childhood to adulthood grow,

In twenty years the whole wide world

Will look and see and know.
