I run across those too. Except that the realtors around here seem to think that .15 acre is a BIG lot, despite the fact that we're ten minutes in most direstions from honest-to-goodness farmland.

No kidding! Yeah, I couldn't stand it when it comes to land prices in CA. Although if my parents ever sell any of theirs, well, they really did a nice job investing in land in the 60's! :)
