Another perfect house...

Have to post this. If only we were rich and famous, I'd buy this right now. Except that it has five acres, and I don't think I want quite that many. But the house is PERFECT. Can't you just see bbq's and horses every day? And a huge garden?
Well, I'm putting it on my blog for posterity, so I have all my favorite houses in one place and can pull them up as examples when we're ready to go house hunting.
:) Maybe next year...
If you are curious, plug the MLS # into your realtor website. I can't get the pics to work.

  1. I run across those too. Except that the realtors around here seem to think that .15 acre is a BIG lot, despite the fact that we're ten minutes in most direstions from honest-to-goodness farmland.

(And a lot of those houses are still above $250K. There are things that California is not good for, and housing is one of them...)

  2. No kidding! Yeah, I couldn't stand it when it comes to land prices in CA. Although if my parents ever sell any of theirs, well, they really did a nice job investing in land in the 60's! :)
